VetTriage Adopter Survey

North Shore Animal League America is considering offering access to VetTriage, an AFTER HOURS service to determine if your pet requires immediate veterinary care or could wait until our medical facility re-opens in the morning. The service charges a nominal flat fee of $50. You would be connected via a video call with a licensed veterinarian. The goal is to prevent unnecessary and costly emergency hospital visits. If an ER visit is advised, VetTriage will help coordinate a visit. Otherwise, home care instructions will be provided until the NSALA veterinary staff can peak with you in the morning.
